How do I place an order?

Simply browse our shop, add items to your cart, and check out securely through Shopify. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and more. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.

Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin preparing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at loveandcrafts25@gmail.com if you need to make any changes. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production.

Do you offer a discount for first-time customers?

Yes! Use the code WELCOME10 at checkout to receive 10% off your first order. This code is valid for one use per customer.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada, internationally, and offer local pickup in Toronto. Whether you're just around the corner or across the world, your handmade piece can find its way to you.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and packaged within 1–3 business days. After that, shipping times vary by location:

  • Toronto local pickup: Arrange a pickup time with us after ordering
  • Within Ontario: Typically 2–5 business days
  • Rest of Canada: Typically 5–10 business days
  • International: Typically 10–21 business days, depending on country

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Can I pick up my order in Toronto?

Absolutely! Local pickup is available in Toronto at no shipping charge. After placing your order, we'll reach out to coordinate a convenient pickup time and location.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Because each piece is handmade to order with care and attention, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order — such as damage during shipping or an error on our part — please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please photograph the damage and email us at loveandcrafts25@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We take great care in packaging every order, but if something goes wrong in transit, we will work with you to find a solution.

Product Care

How do I care for my crochet pieces?

Our pieces are made from high-quality acrylic and cotton yarn, designed to be durable and long-lasting. Here's how to keep them looking their best:

  • Bouquets & decorative items: Gently dust with a soft cloth or a low-heat hair dryer on a cool setting. Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  • Keychains & accessories: Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Allow to air dry fully before use.
  • Earrings & jewellery: Avoid prolonged contact with water. Store in a dry place.
  • All items: Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Will the colours fade over time?

We use high-quality yarn chosen for its colour retention. With proper care, your piece will stay vibrant for years. Avoid leaving items in direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can cause any yarn to gradually fade.

Are your materials hypoallergenic?

We primarily use acrylic and cotton yarn, which are generally considered hypoallergenic. If you have a known wool or fibre sensitivity, please note that our items do not contain wool. If you have a specific concern, feel free to reach out and we can confirm the materials used in a particular product.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer gift wrapping as an add-on at checkout. Your item will be beautifully packaged and ready to gift — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, and more. You can also include a personalized message and we'll add a handwritten card.

Are your products a good gift?

Every single item in our shop is made by hand, stitch by stitch, by Anisha in Toronto. Crochet is a slow, intentional craft — there are no shortcuts, no machines. The time and care that goes into each piece is what makes it truly unique. No two items are exactly alike, which means you're receiving something one-of-a-kind.

Why crochet flowers instead of real ones?

Real flowers are beautiful — but they last a week. Our crochet bouquets last forever (with just a little dusting now and then). They're perfect for people who want something meaningful that endures: a reminder of a special occasion, a forever piece of décor, or a gift that won't end up in the compost bin. They're also great for people with allergies.
